Feeding His Lambs
to Shine His Light!
St. Mark's Sunday School, age 3 through eighth grade, is a children's welcoming place for parents who desire to have their children learn more about God with other children. This also allows moms and dads to attend the Adult Bible Class at the same time so that they can continue their own faith growth. We will greet your family, help your children find their classes, and answer any questions you may have. We can't wait to meet you!
The Sunday School classes are taught by Christian volunteer leaders who have passed background checks. They have been blessed with the gift and love of teaching God's Word to His little lambs. This invaluable hour, out of the other 167 hours of the week, is used for impressing the wonders of God's Word, His unconditional love, and His faithful promises.
The Sunday School joyfully partners with parents in the responsibility to teach their children according to Scripture. The voices of children's praise and eager little hearts ready to absorb more of God's love are what make up the age appropriate classes at St. Mark. Children are encouraged to bring their friends!
Happy Times and My Devotions, children's devotional booklets, are given out free each quarter to all Sunday School children to take home to use, and then keep or pass on to others.
The Kid's Corner Library is available in the Fellowship Hall for children to check out and return age appropriate Christian books and other resources.
A Children's Worship Resource Center is located in the back foyer of the church---complete with Bags of Blessings to help children to focus on Jesus as they worship together with their family in church.
Vacation Bible School provides an exciting opportunity in the summer for children to experience more of God's Word and His love. Children are encouraged to bring their friends to hear about their Savior, Jesus.
